Bill has an impressive resume - holding Executive Chef positions in fine dining restaurants in Whistler and Vancouver.
Bill specialized in fresh local produce with a focus on sustainability. More importantly, he makes incredibly delicious food! We are incredibly lucky to have him as part of our team.
